Designing UIs full time, success and error messages are something I create almost daily. Usually a success message can be shown with a checkmark, and a error message with an "x". These messages however use facial expressions to convey the message. This is not only becoming more popular (adding a more human experience to a web page) but it's also more fun!
In an effort to both showcase and improve my UI design skills, I signed up for a 100 day UI challenge.
